Empire Human Resources Group, Inc, at its core is a community-based organization founded in January 2000 in New York City. Our goal is to protect, preserve, and strengthen, Hispanic families, African American, and Asian communities by providing job training and housing for the homeless and economically disadvantaged minorities.

Over the past 23 years, we have broadened our reach to encompass the ever changing New York City population by expanding our services to all persons of every ethnicity and language, to foster a spirit of every individual becoming a leader on any path they choose, in order to improve society, while being always ready to defend the human rights of every member of society.

Empire H.R.G. is proud to have trained over 20,000 minority trade workers in the construction industry. Of the 160 million people employed in the United States, more than 31% (50 million) earn a living in the construction industry. Hispanics and Latinos make up 30%, or 15 million, of these workers.
